Trivia about Sally Yates: 2X she didn't charge white men (Eric Rudolph, Waffle House plotters) eligible for terror charges with it

-
I do not think that was her call alone, or even at all, on such a high profile case .There must have been reasons other than him being white
-
On Rudolph? Absolutely. She had more say over Waffle House (she was USA). Rudolph was prolly not charged bc some of his targets were clinics
-
Again, to extent it's a judgment it's a soft one. It's mostly a trivia issue.
-
have to ask--if it's soft&trivial-- why give it weight -- id est 'her legacy' ?
-
Because the double standard has a major impact on very many Muslims? Or doesn't that matter?
-
Yes it damn well matters to me -- talking about hanging the issue around her neck-- as if it's germane to her particularly
-
Hmm. You're awfully touchy abt a thread the first word of which is "trivia." You have a problem with equality before the law?
-
Hmmm not really touchy, just curious. You have an interesting way of phrasing things.
