Was prolly right decision w/Waffle House plotters. But Eric Rudolph was pretty crazy non-charged terror enhancement.

what's your point about them being white?
-
White men who could be are rarely charged with terrorism. That's a problem if you believe in rule of law/equality.

so she's the only one, or one of many in the justice department, guilty of this reality? Or are trying to desanctify her b/c of the hype?
-
I'm raising it bc, in addition to everything she's abt to become famous for, it is a key part of her legacy. Rudolph is a huge example.
-
So your saying she had a pattern, as prosecuting att.in cutting slack to white offenders, or just this case?
-
Not at all. I'm saying she didn't charge terrorism enhancement 2X.
-
I do not think that was her call alone, or even at all, on such a high profile case .There must have been reasons other than him being white
-
On Rudolph? Absolutely. She had more say over Waffle House (she was USA). Rudolph was prolly not charged bc some of his targets were clinics

Rudolph cut a deal to avoid the death penalty. AG characterized him as a terrorist after sentencing. Most people can't tell the diff anyway.
-
Muslims who get charged as terrorists can, I bet.
