Just saw this. You might consider why SB would release the other two data sets as well. the SWIFT disclosure by itself would be big leak.

Yes, and I have a theory (that I'm happy to be persuaded out of) that release of SWIFT makes it much less likely to be RU.

My arg on SWIFT is that, given the latent threat the west will cut RU off from SWIFT, that data would be better withheld until such a time.
