"Failed"?

You're defending the response to the financial crisis (or the actions that created it)? You're claiming Iraq War was a success? Really?
-
Well, I said neither, but I would hardly call the Obama administration a "failed" one. Would you?
-
His response to the financial crisis led to millions having their homes illegally taken. He got us into 2 more wars in the ME.
-
This is not a personality or party issue. It's about an ideology that is not delivering on its promises for millions around the world.
-
Holding Obama personally responsible for the foreclosure crisis seems like a stretch, and he made significant efforts to retreat from ME 1/2
-
Where did I hold him responsible for the CRISIS? You just made that up.

Really? You're suggesting centrists dealt well with the financial crisis? With Iraq and rest of MENA? THAT is incredibly bad logic.

1) Bush WAS considered centrist. 2) Filibusters in NO way set the policy to respond to financial crisis OR Libya/Iraq/Syria/Yemen policy.

Their power of denial is outstanding. Putin!
-
I'm not denying that Putin would be happy to have LePen. But Putin in no way created enviro where she's so popular.
-
Don't worry, it was sarcasm.
-
Ah sorry. It's so hard to tel these days.

I agree wholeheartedly with what you said, but they just don't want to look in the mirror, nor to listen to those screwed by the system.

Maybe we should acknowledge complexity and stay well away from simple explanation.
-
Admitting that the center has a lot of failures to account for is not a view opposed to complexity. At all.

Nope. But I do think people are looking for competent policy.
