what if the hacking was done during the duration when it was in question whether they’d maintain that access?
-
-
-
It wasn't. Previous exposure of it was (which was an issue for negotiation) but this was after.
-
haven’t seen any solid dates for this in any of the press I saw - have a link?
-
isn’t that exactly when they were negotiating access post-Snowden disclosures?
-
No. The negotiations were 2009, 2011. Post Snowden there was an EUP effort to open it up again that was pretty much rejected by EC.
-
The last date in this dump is about a month after the Snowden disclosures.

has anyone coughed up an explanation for why, despite wide SWIFT access, nobody really gets in trouble for drug money, for decades @ a time?
-
The big one is HSBC. I think it's that Treasury instead treats banks as their narcs.

Someone has obviously never heard of YOLO

They keep hacking into stuff they can get access to via lawful orders and they're going to end up getting a legislative ban
-
The EC has basically decided EUP can't legislatively ban this. At least thus far, anyway. Weird time in the EU.

I’m glad I’m drinking at this moment.
