Turns out my key lime pie--which was a bit of an experiment--was one yolk short of a huge success.

Scoop the filling out, thin it down with a little cream (even milk,) then churn it into ice cream. Fold in the crust at the end.

Try a Meyer lemon chess pie sometime. First had one in Hilton Head a couple years ago. Takes Key lime by a mile.
