did PRISM sreal passwords? Raw passwords generally aren't stored on a server anywhere, so unless they were explicitly shared...

Good question. Lots of reason to believe at least some providers (FB, GOOG) provide enhanced info. Not sure if includes PW.

I think that's the more significant fact. Providers have far more data than the password would reveal, and PRISM likely has that

PRISM undoubtedly has that. Reason to believe they were pulling cookies by 2008 (that is, before most providers on PRISM).
