In fact you know if there's a FISA warrant it is targeted either at Americans in not-Paris or Russians, like maybe the pension financiers.

I still don't get this pension thing – what benefit there is to having Russian hackers hack *from w/in US.*
-
Dossier alleges US hacker involvement. Lots of other reasons to believe USP involvement.
-
One post I haven't written is how many alleged means of payment are floating out there and I know of 1-2 more better confirmed.
-
Just, if you can hack *from Russia*, seems like much lower risk involved –> don't have to worry about being arrested.
-
So I'm saying... that part of dossier makes no sense to me. But as always, YMMV.
-
Yes. Let's assume, at least, that Craig Murray claim to have met USP cut-out is maybe true tho.

Thought the wording was a little weird in report, as if they weren't sure on which collection authority.

This is FAR more responsible than McClatchy (no offense, but then misquote of you is indication). Also, multiple invests
-
THere's actually no huge reason to believe these 3 would all be same investigation, & at least one person missing.

i'm trying to imagine how FISA court would have jurisdiction over Russians in Russia. i'm at a loss?
-
It wouldn't, at all.
-
took another minute to realize you meant messages between Russians & a US person, not between Russians in Russia. sorry!
