I'm willing to do this rant again. But ACA boosters? PLEASE do not refer to ACA (unless you're specifically talking Medicaid) as healthcare.

Sure. We knew in 2009 that 16-20% of RomneyCare participants had insurance but couldn't afford to use it.

The same is now true of ACA: lots of people forced to buy insurance that bc of out-of-pockets, they can't use for care.

This is what a lot of people say they hate abt ACA. It's frankly true of MOST US insurance. But this comes w/mandate.
