I'm of the opinion that the gov attribution case is based on downstream sources (C2 servers, etc) more than industry forensics.

Obviously on the FSB attribution they knew abt the hack in September 2015. On GRU attribution, tho, they long had holes.

We'll see how much of cut-out structure they'll show next week, but it took them a long time, till after election, to do it
