It raises two issues. First: was it FSB or GRU that hacked RNC? If the former, well, the FSB is not believed to have leaked. Just GRU is.

Also, claim that "largely documents from Dem Party systems" were leaked? HUGE exception to this is Powell's emails. Those didn't help Trump.
