Mustard Greens! Simmered with pork hocks and tons of pepper. sop up the pot liquor with fresh cornbread. Dixie goes to MI.

You might want to try chopped kale for that. It holds up better through long slow cooking. The overall idea sounds yummy!

Oh, I've done the mustard before. The bite goes really really well with the sweetness of the sweet potato/butternut squash
