I'm really going to have to refute that latest @mattyglesias email thing aren't I? Don't we have better things to do?

didn't want to carry two devices for email. This is just not a big deal.
-
Sigh. The record shows she did have two devices for email too. The iPads and BBs for emails, the BBs and flip phones for calls.
-
My larger point, tho, is that people who say they want the email thing to go away are engaging in falsification of the record.
-
Maybe it's bc you and others have for months said "no big deal, don't have to read the actual records bc I'm certain it's nbd."
-
But by writing stuff up that gets obvious stuff wrong, it turns the falsification of Dems into part of the story.

Here's precisely what HRC said last March. It was all about email.pic.twitter.com/S2BO5ZkfyS
-
Except that she was carrying one device for work and most personal calls and one for more personal calls. Think this through please.
-
She could have just as easily had one iPhone for ALL personal calls and emails and one BB for work. Same number of total phones.
-
She didn't want to use an iPhone. Gov employees commonly used BBs back then, and that's what she wanted to use.
-
OKAY! She can use two BBs. Same number of total phones! We've solved it.
-
Look, I agree it was dumb. Hell, so does HRC. But dumb does not equate to sinister attempt to avoid FOIA.
-
It may or it may not.
-
But as I've just laid out, Hillary's claims abt total # of devices doesn't make sense AND wasn't tested bc of scope of investigation.

I'm curious. This isn't your main point, is it? Suppose she did use the flip phone regularly. Then it just means she... 1/2
