Maybe embassy has Time-Warner Internet? Besides, hard to imagine that Assange doesn't have a mobile hotspot via phone.

He has implied as much. But mobile hotspots are far easier to track, work more slowly than cable.

WADR, prepaid SIM cards provide anonymity and speed. My phone serves house when cable is down w/o serious performance sacrifice.
