Has any single person proposed a better replacement for terror watch lists? Kind of funny how neither side has.

If FBI committed resources to investigating, got warrants to do so, etc. and background check requested, then take another look.

Which they didn't here, probably because they misread what kind of threat Mateen was, gave informants wrong script.
