Has any single person proposed a better replacement for terror watch lists? Kind of funny how neither side has.
"Convictions" are. But many cases of reported DV are not prosecuted. Again, still better indicator than terror listing.

If prosecutors can't prosecute, it's still due process. I agree it's a better indicator than terror listing.

Yup. Absolutely a due process issue. But at least more efficacious, but in exclusion and inclusion than terror lists.

I'd also suggest that people on Schedule II amphetamines for ADHD might be more potentially violent. (anecdotal self experience)

Federal law already makes marijuana use => prohibited possession. I think mj users are less likely to shoot than opioid/amphet.

At this point, "terror watch list" includes anyone the executive doesn't like.

Right: which is a very different thing than the people who are real threats, even violent organized ones.
