Ouch! Have that on my right knee after doing splits while getting off lift snowboarding. Tore adductor from my hip as well.

Mine's genetic. Rodeo doctor in UT fixed the right. Gotta do a bunch of lifting to fix the left, I think.

Yes, I told you you're smarter than me! I prefer inline skating over biking but feel running burns more calories.
