@AllThingsHLS So one reason handset makers (I wouldn't trust any non-Apple response, tho) say it has low value is they're competing w/free.

@AllThingsHLS That's why I raised blind friend. She is now more loyal even than most iPhone users, but features she pays for doesn't scale.
