Scalia's death is also a reminder of the enormous irresponsibility of Ginsberg not retiring 4 years ago.
@bungdan Why not say the same about Breyer, who is also old & less of a leader on the court? Seems a far better person to demand step down.

@emptywheel He's 5 yrs younger. Also, less strongly democratic/"liberal" than Ginsberg, so not as much a consideration for him. -
