Anyone besides me think Comcast has deliberately made its phone tree less effective just to give customers full @ComcastCares experience?

@comcastcares The billing issues, for the moment, have been solved (after an hour). The serial nature of Comcast errors probably hasn't. -

@DigitalNeal Right. It has completely stopped recognizing voices, so you have to spend 10 minutes w/keyboard to do anything.@comcastcares -
@emptywheel Or the fact the CSR makes you repeat yourself after you confirmed account into with the "robot".
