The argument "x number of GOP say they will never vote for Trump" seems wrong to me. If he is the nominee they'll vote for him.
@TeresaKopec Trump v. Hillary, almost certainly. Sanders? Dunno.
But GOP is still faced w/either trying to ^ white working class or Latinos

@emptywheel GOP purposefully leaving Sanders alone now so he will kill Hillary for them. If he does, they will destroy him. -
@TeresaKopec Also, I see zero evidence *Sanders* is killing Hillary. He's running on policy, not on killing anyone. -
@emptywheel "killing" = beating her, removing her from race. Not literal. -
@TeresaKopec Right. But he's not beating her by driving up her negatives. That's happening independent of his efforts. -
@emptywheel Which ever way it is happening, GOP is aiding it by being hands off Sanders for now. U saw the red baiting they did with Obama. -
@TeresaKopec I saw them using attacks v Obama that I first saw pitched to me by Hillary people. -
@emptywheel My best guess is always that Jeb wins in end tho. He has the $$, media love & GOP control of swing state government.
