At 5:30 PM @united customer service told me my lost bag would be delivered no later than 8PM. At 8:20 they say 10PM. Sensing a pattern.
@astepanovich Until (after 3 days of getting my French back) I managed to start getting VERY CROSS in French. Bags showed up voila! Try it!
