@emptywheel Sounds like a really good use for sunchokes. We've got lots. Grow them in fabric bags to prevent takeover of neighborhood. :-s -

@emptywheel Yeah, that might be helpful. They're prolific like bamboo, but don't run as much. Spread via the tubers. Even a tiny one grows. -
