@emptywheel I've heard of star-nosed moles, but never turkey moles. Would love to have recipe for that salad though, regardless of the mole.

@Pedinska Sort of like it sounds: watercress, couple of sunchokes, almonds, w/orangen juice, cider vin & olive oil dressing. -
@emptywheel Sounds like a really good use for sunchokes. We've got lots. Grow them in fabric bags to prevent takeover of neighborhood. :-s -
