@emptywheel@ddayen also destroys small companies, who can't afford to hire lawyers. Small companies are often the source of innovation

@emptywheel@ddayen from tax avoidance. Why not simplify to remove that incentive. Lower tax rate to 12% and make it unavoidable. -
