@emptywheel Not sure I have an answer, but if you like ginger (I do, in any form) give it a try. Anything with ginger is good in my book. -
@imlpdx I think I've added TINY bits of candied ginger to peach jam before. But I got a little carried away. -
@emptywheel No such thing as too much ginger for me. But if the peaches are sweet, it might be a nice take on peach jam. Fingers crossed.
