One bright spot of the Back Door Search bonanza? I thought NCTC was doing them (they have 702 minimization procedures now). Apparently not.

@peterkofod They were just rolling out their minimization procedures in 2012. But maybe CIA still does those searches. -
@emptywheel I remember NCTC could give (raw?) data to just about everyone including "persons". Couldn't they just have, say, BAH, do search? -
@peterkofod Thing is they don't get raw. When they were getting MPs it was on NSA data by way of FBI. -
