@emptywheel hm couldn't it be because PRISM collection (agents using Gmail etc) is only possible under FAA? -
@electrospaces Unless you're stealing it overseas, you mean? But one wouldn't need BOTH a CT cert and a FG one, right? -
@emptywheel Not all PRISM providers are also tapped overseas ;-) Hm depends on the justification for a particular search I think -
@electrospaces Right. Clearly FG taps are legal under FAA, but not included under known certs. Not sure why, but may be special needs anal.
