@Gorman_Siobhan That said, there's abundant evidence the phone dragnet (which is different than JUST 215 dragnet) gets cell data.

@emptywheel Yes, certianly they get cellphone data, including loc data, apparently outside 215. Collex undr 12333 is most of what NSA does. -
