@emptywheel There is "analyst" access & then sysadmins. Anyone sure that a less civic Snowden didn't sell similar scale data for $$$? Nope. -
@zeynep Precisely. Same thing as with Manning: if it was that easy, someone--prolly a lot of someones--are profiting off it being easy. -
@emptywheel Yes, and after every "civic" leak, they go back and plug that hole but prolly the real danger are the quiet, adversarial thefts.
