Today I Briefed Congress on NSA https://www.schneier.com/blog/archives/2014/01/today_i_briefed.html … Schneier had better OpSec than Congress, wanted to use SCIF; idiotic rules prevented
@bmaz Pretty sure they wouldn't let my Rep into a SCIF either.

@emptywheel@bmaz SCIFs themselves sometimes stink. SCI clearance hard to get for most janitorial staff. -
@emptywheel@bmaz Too lazy to find it, but there's Jon Eisenberg's story of the brief he wrote in a SCIF during the al-Haramain case -
@TyreJim@emptywheel From my Jon file: http://www.salon.com/2008/07/09/alharamain_lawsuit/ … -
@bmaz@emptywheel Close. I was thinking of what he wrote in a later public brief, but yeah, the salon piece tells the story.

@emptywheel@bmaz Hopefully the Congressmen didn't divulge anything classified with Schneier. That'd be illegal :-)Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
