@emptywheel I didn't defense wasn't needed. It is. But now we are fighting over tactics. That's what Snowden did this for? -
@BradMossEsq Think it's more than tactics, though I could be wrong. I think cyber may be qualitatively different. -

@BradMossEsq Well, climate change is. But cyber is a debate we need to be having openly. Maybe we can lump in net neutrality. -
