@edwardm26 @abumuqawama I don't really get the fascination with squats but I am most ignorant in these matters. Just worried about the kids.
@smsaideman Go do some calf lifts or plyos instead. Plus, those don't require the same kind of good form. @edwardm26 @abumuqawama

@emptywheel now I am going to have to figure out what plyos are. But to be honest, my calfs are fine, the rest of my body is a mess. TMI. -
@smsaideman Plyos aren't weights at all. They're the hopping and stuff you do to build quickness. -
