@KenDilanianLAT We know only 300 identifiers were queried in all of 2012. Even assuming those 24 were only ones for year, it'd be ~8% error. -

@KenDilanianLAT Which is why I said it probably wasn't 32%. But if 24 queries in ONE QUARTER for DB not queried frequently errors, sky high. -
@emptywheel I asked is the rate between 8 and 30%, and he said 30% isn't right. So, you may be on to something. -
