Curious what people think abt fact that 215 "related to terrorism" standard doesn't require the terrorist organization be listed as a FTO?

@BradMossEsq Agree. And 1 of Moalin's cases was terrorist not FTO, so he's still convicted. But it seems relevant difference to call out.
