What would the practical, legitimate problems for the gov't be if FISA Court abolished & judges approve surveillance requests in camera?
@attackerman Nope. BUt they know what minimization is, they know how NSA pulls from switches, they know what packets are.

@emptywheel is there any reason to believe any federal judge (which is what they are) couldn't quickly master that level of tech detail? -
@attackerman Define "quickly." And review level of knowledge on geolocation warrant cases, which didn't require speed. -
