@emptywheel It asks for basically *all* metadata, including both the phone numbers and cellular handset hardware IDs. -
@mattblaze So they would get data if people traveled overseas and used their Verizon account in a loaner phone overseas? -
@emptywheel Presumably yes. Also, if you put a new SIM in your phone, they can link that to your old SIM, since the IMEI doesn't change. -
