@emptywheel@normative Maybe, but (a) AP letter references "subpoenas" and (b) disclosure to target, which happened, is only for subpoenas. -
@declanm Yeah,@normative pointed that out too. That said, all the "exceptions" to policy are not exceptions for NSLs.
