@emptywheel Potentially. But it's the district where the records are - lots of those will be field offices, W.Va., etc. -

@emptywheel My guess: Not DC. But you probably need a FOIA to find out. -
@bradheath First you'll probaby have to FOIA for the new address of FBI to figure out where to send the first FOIA. It never ends.
