@JohnWDean Not as far as I know--just stash their money in the same tax shelters. But Mitt finally left Bain around time Sarbox introduced.

@emptywheel Got it. Mitt's filings still had to be truthful under the '34 Act, but you're rt more would have been needed under SOX. -
@JohnWDean Not really--Bain's private so didn't have to comply. But I think the atmosphere may have made it prudent. -
