I got the canning done but Do Not Look at My Garden. Luckily I'll always have Deleuzian artichokes.

Mine's horrid too. Basically Zucchino Rampicante squash, some kohlrabi, some hot peppers and a shit ton of weeds.
What recipe do you use for your peach stuff-that-goes-on-pancakes? -

One batch had nutmeg, one had ginger. Used a lot of lemon juice this year so both batches are bright and shiny. Not sure about the sugar balance but I water bathed them for 10 minutes just to be safe.

Your lemon juice will help because acid. The nutmeg one has me salivating though both sound lovely.

I'm so far behind I think I'm good for lids and rings for the season. I froze ALL my tomatoes this year, bc I didn't have time to can.

I citizens my berries this year (red raspberries, black raspberries, and strawberries). Finally making jam this week.
