Mitchell: Which of your two lawyers did Feinstein recommend. Ford: The Katz firm. Mitchell: Did you have follow-up w/Leland. Penalty of felony. Are you aware they have no knowledge. Ford: Leland texted me right afterward w/an apology.

Ford: I didn't expect that PJ and Leland would remember. Nothing happened to them. Mr Judge is another matter. Mitchell: I understand. I've been really impressed today, bc you talk about norepinephrine and etc. Have you educated about best way to get to memory and truth?

Mitchell: best way to get to truth with victims of trauma. This way is not the best way to do it. Did you know best way is a trained interviewer in one on one setting. To follow up. Did anybody ever advise you, to go get forensic interview. Ford: No.

During the first hearing with Kavanaugh, she also didn't ask him several obvious follow-ups, i.e., "Did you know anyone at that law firm? Did you talk with them about Mueller?" Either she's a lousy interrogator or she didn't want to know.

Why do you want her to ask that if you already know the answer? Why are you even watching if your all seeing eye knows the truth about everything about Kavanaugh?
