As any lawyer worth the cost of the paper their law degree is printed on would say: it depends. Explain all the details, and why you perceive that action could harm you, to a lawyer in a confidential setting, and maybe you can get a preliminary injunction to prevent the release.

Oh, I'm hoping for the reverse: for Trump to accidentally let me discover precisely what I want to know.
-
Hmmm... in that case, I’d recommend you publicly complain the release will harm you in a way that fits into an exception to the various types of governmental immunity. That’s how you survive the fed’s Motion to Dismiss, and get to the discovery phase IMO.

Are you thinking Release it all. means ALL files at the FBI? if so, It's only the files that relate to the Russian probe, that's all. Please wake up.
-
Right. There are files of "my friend" related to the Russian probe I'm interested in.
-
Well I hope Your Friend is on the right side of this, It WILL be open for all to read, Good Luck!

The President is as incompetent as Devin Nunes. Even money he inadvertently releases damning evidence against his campaign.

Dear Marcy, not really since the relevant precedent is Fitzgerald vs. Nixon, which granted the President absolute civil immunity for official acts he takes as President. It doesn't grant him any criminal immunity though, but I don't think you qualify under the IIPA (others might)

Is this what you're asking about? "In Jan., Larry Klayman, a fed. prosecutor & FOUNDER of both Freedom Watch & Judicial Watch, filed for comms by and 'tween the media and the Office of the Special Counsel of Robert Mueller (Case No. 18-CV-88). & now out. Big!! Who funds JW?

That's thnx to Thomas Paine XTruepunditXThomas1774Paine "BREAKING -- Freedom Watch Releases Internal Emails, Texts from Special Counsel". That raises 1 prong of Flynn's "political insurgency"/ infowar.- alt-media"/journo: Hearts & minds. still. Thanks Mike, I prefer mine.
