You could be right regarding that particular text, but what about Strzok referring to Page's "namesake" - do you contend that he's *not* referring to Carter Page and L Page and/or Strzok weren't involved with FISA story leak?

Do you know that when reporters prep big stories they call the agencies involved, and if the stories are alarming they get broadly briefed?

Ah, OK. That makes sense. I still suspect Strzok and/or Page were involved in the illegal leak of Page FISA. But your interpretation of texts make more sense than Meadows now that I think about it.

So you believe that Strzok would spend months getting an extra-secret FISA order on Page, then tell the whole world about it?

If the warrant was getting him nothing, as it seems the case is, than possibly. The story amplified Russian collusion talk a month before Mueller.

The April application added 10 new pages on what intelligence had been collected and the July one added another 5. So, not that either.

I'm not sure that's indicative of substantive criminal evidence found against Page through FISA....I think it comes down to interpretation of motive of leak - was it to help Trump or hurt him regarding collusion claims. I think story hurt him at the time.

You know that FISAs are supposed to find intelligence, not criminal evidence? Again, we have a pretty good idea who leaked it.
