Andrew Miller's request for a one day delay in opening brief. Meanwhile the trolls' trollish lawyer asked for 19% extra words for their amicus-but-wanted-to-intervene brief, but got denied.

My 11 year old son knows how to use Word and trouble shoot problems. I am actually speechless that this is his excuse for a delay.
-
I wouldn't be surprised if he used the wrong (District Court) template for his filing, and realized that's not the same template as Circuit Court.

Unbelievable. Thought I’d heard if all. These lame attorneys and their excuses are something else. Just left court and judge ripped into opposing counsel for failure to appear last week and his excuse was his eye was swollen. What the heck.

-
Wow. That word doc situation is pathetic.
-
And of course he typed his excuse on Word.
-
lmao. Damn. Even the library has word but I guess they don’t know how to use google docs either. Did you see that link about Manafort not knowing how to use pdf
-
What a hoot

They should just have paid for their version of Word?
