Right, if it was true, then it would seem a valid issue to raise. But that it was based off really dated texts, there was little reason to believe it was true. Today's hearing on whether USG can release details of why she's not close to Erickson will be fairly heated, I'd guess

Seems to me the status of her relationship with Erickson is an issue in whether she's likely to flee. If they are a family unit, then she should be less of a flight risk. If not, then that's a strike against her.
