LMAO the country which holds the largest percentage of US debt needs democracy to succeed in competition against the US? The Russians aren't competitors with us -- not even in aerospace? ~smh~
It's what happens when no one tells the old CI guys our claims about capitalism and democracy during the Cold War were never actually true or consistent.
And when the CI institution doesn't actually operate as a learning organization -- that in itself explains why CI didn't suss rolling massive asymmetric attack(s) this past decade.
I'd say there's a parallel problem. If CI can't see how certain things, in the hands of Americans, undermine our own competitiveness/politics, then they won't be prepared for when foreigners exploit the same weaknesses.
