We can debate whether Kavanaugh knowingly lied all we want. But it is incontrovertible that Kavanaugh is not AT ALL apologetic about using stolen materials.

I mean, frankly, he should be stripped of his coaching position, bc he's teaching those nice Catholic school girls that theft pays.

because its a bullshit setup
-
You're defending using stolen materials? The facts are indisputable. He used stolen materials for partisan gain.
-
because certainly no DEMOCRAT would EVER do that!!! LMAO!
-
I'm sure some would. ARe you accusing Sotomayor of doing that? RBG? Kagan?
-
If you are going to examine power structures and politics 14 years ago, be honest about all the sleaze. These are POLITICAL processes, where career liars demand hair splitting truths in a one-side questioning of people with integrity like Kavanaugh. He's doing just fine.
-
You can argue politics is sleazy--I agree! But then admit that someone who was a willing player in that sleaze is not appropriate for SCOTUS.
-
nope. Kavanaugh sets the standard for a Supreme Court Justice. Look, he has made it clear that baby killing is set law and would need a new mountain to take down the old one. What more does the left want ?

Kavanaugh has "prepared" for this moment his whole life and he was terrible. Compared to Roberts who knew how to conceal his inner ideologue. Kavanaugh stuttering, flustered, at times incoherent. They knew he'd be asked about stolen emails and that was the best they could do.
-
He’s got a few obvious tells: his face gets flushed more than usual, his mouth puckers, his eyes squint, and he squirms and acts comically surprised as if he went to a bottom rung acting school. I saw all of these in play, repeatedly.
-
So true. The Guttenberg incident. In addition to the documentary evidence of how the encounter went down, he can't hide the disgust on his face. He's a dishonest man with an open countenance.
-
Kavanaugh lacks decency.
-
Indictments could drop this week. And then trump could go full straight jacket. Lindsey is showing stress as anger, he could snap. His emails could leak. So much is possible and knowing that is doing it’s damage to trump.

I’m sure you’ve dissected this piece too, but Kavanaugh own friends says he built his career on a network of lawyers who were into capitalizing on stolen information, some of it under George W Bush. I think he too should be pressed into weighing in herehttps://www.nbcnews.com/think/opinion/i-knew-brett-kavanaugh-during-his-years-republican-operative-don-ncna907391?cid=sm_npd_nn_tw_ma …

Because he knows he’s still going to get confirmed so what’s the point of faking it.
-
Not necessarily, a lot can happen over the next week.
-
Let’s see. I don’t trust any of these Republicans to actually do the right thing.
-
They won’t. But stuff can happen.

As you probably already know, a complaint was filed in the DC Circuit court about him committing perjury. This’ll get interesting
