Barack Obama is such a powerful former President he could investigate and indict future crimes against Chris Collins that happen in Trump's White House.

He’s also so powerful he could direct Loretta Lynch to get FISA warrants on the Trump campaign without having a FISC hearing.

Sure, except hearings aren’t held for FISA warrants. Pretty sneaky.

Lol, of course their are. That’s why @JudicialWatch asked for the transcripts. And there was none.

Only in rare cases, not as a matter of course. Just do a *smidge* Of research, kay? http://www.fisc.uscourts.gov/sites/default/files/FISC%20Rules%20of%20Procedure.pdf …

I’ve read FISC hearings are held at all hours of the night. But one can’t be held to spy on a Presidential campaign?

That’s true. But with a Level 3 FISA warrant they surveilled anyone he was coming into contact with. So, they were spying on the Trump campaign. Candidate 1 was mentioned in a warrant.

Suddenly, after working WITH the FBI to spy on Russians, Carter Page became a potential spy FOR the Russians? And they needed a Level 3 FISA warrant (the mother of all FISA warrants) because he was such a threat?? You can’t make this up 😂😂😂😂😂

If they needed to spy on trump, why not put in a FISA application for someone, oh, I dunno... actually on the campaign?

Because they didn’t have any reason too. They knew Carter Page had contacts with a whole bunch of Russians because he was spying on the Russians for THEM months prior. He was a way in.

None of the information I posted is false. The only thing false is when you claim to have any journalistic integrity after the outing of your source. Some intelligence official must be making you feel real special. Are they giving you information for scoops? #TheResistance

Actually, yes, I can... I'd start by pointing to Carter Page's work for the UN in Morocco that earned him his international affairs fellowship w/the Council on Foreign Relations.https://twitter.com/MonsieurAmerica/status/1034364344698515456 …

          30) Or perhaps the FBI was aware of Page’s work as a MILITARY INTELLIGENCE OFFICER for a UN peacekeeping mission in Morocco that won him a prized international affairs fellowship w/the Council on Foreign Relations. https://www.charlotteobserver.com/news/politics-government/article144722809.html … pic.twitter.com/wnMDIjsWTI

The FBI isn't mentioned there. At all. And that happened well before Page showed willingness to share info w/Russians.
