Rudy has done so well convincing everyone that this ends with a report, and now he gets to add a touch of scandal to his favorite conceit.https://twitter.com/justinjm1/status/1036595591302840321 …

Pretty sure Marcys saying that any indictments that come out, even without a report, will make clear what is going on. We won’t need a report when the indictments are public and as clear as day.
-
Correct. And while there might be a report if Mueller forces it as a way to get evidence in Congress' hands (including a Democratic House, where any impeachment would start), any consequences for Trump will stem from the legal cases primarily.

Im in the tiny minority on this but.... if Mueller has the evidence Trump is the boss of a long running criminal enterprise, and entered into an election campaign conspiracy w RU mob/intel, I think he will indict directlyhttps://twitter.com/neal_katyal/status/996880849625853952 …

I agree...but what do you think are the chances that Rosenstein will approve it?
-
If mueller requests, i think rosenstein approves. I think talk of replacing sessions after midterms shows Trump/Rudy are worried about this. At this point in muellers investigation, is a new AG going to have any opportunities to deny new scope expansion requests from Mueller?
-
I really want all this to happen before midterms ...
